To be honest, there is no objective answer. Yurasyk is the best in my opinion, he fixes the haloing present in BDMV at the cost of some detail and grain, although there are some issues caused by his dehaloing(? whatever he did to the lineart). They manage to maintain grain and detail better than the other two encodes, but they did literally 0 (zero) filtering. He just nuked way too much detail for my liking.īeatrice's is second best in my opinion. No offence to the guy, I appreciate all the work he put in. Sephirotic is the worst here, his filtering kills the linework and his color correction arguably changes the intended look of some scenes.
